1. Pickup & Drop Locations

• Pickup Location:
  Vehicle pickup is available at airports, bus stands, railway stations, ports, hotels, villas, and Airbnb locations across Goa.

• Drop Location Charges:

  • Standard drop locations across Goa: ₹500

  • Varca & nearby areas: Additional charges apply based on distance

  • Anjuna & locations exceeding 800 meters from standard zones: ₹800

  • Drop charges may vary depending on distance and accessibility.
     

2. Rental Duration & Time Policy

• A rental day is calculated from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM (24 hours).

• If the vehicle is picked up at 3:00 PM on Day 1 and returned at 3:00 PM on Day 3, it will be counted as two full rental days.

• Late returns may attract additional charges.
   

3. Booking & Advance Payment

• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking.

• Minimum advance amount: ₹1,000

• No vehicle will be allotted without advance payment, especially for last-minute bookings.

• Booking confirmation is subject to availability and advance receipt.
   

4. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is mandatory.

• The deposit will be refunded only after the vehicle is returned in the same condition as provided.

• Any damages, scratches, dents, interior damage, or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.

• Refunds are processed after vehicle inspection.
   

5. Vehicle Usage Restrictions

• The rented vehicle must be used only for personal transportation.

• Stunts, racing, commercial usage, off-roading, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

• Any misuse will result in immediate cancellation of the rental and forfeiture of the security deposit.
   

6. Safety & Legal Compliance

• Seat belts are mandatory for all occupants (minimum two seat belts must be used).

• Drinking and driving is strictly prohibited.

• Maximum speed limit: 80 km/h.

• No drugs, narcotics, or illegal substances are allowed inside the vehicle.

• The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, challans, or legal violations during the rental period.
   

7. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

• The vehicle must be returned clean and in perfect condition.

• The renter is responsible for:

  • Exterior & interior damages

  • Scratches, dents, broken parts

  • Tire damage or missing accessories

• Normal wear and tear is acceptable; however, visible or structural damage will be chargeable.
   

8. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Bookings without advance payment are not considered confirmed.

• In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation, the advance amount may be non-refundable.
   

9. Authority & Rights

• GoGoa Rentals reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse bookings without prior notice if terms are violated

  • Change pricing, deposit amounts, or terms without prior notice

  • Take legal action in case of misuse, damage, or non-compliance
     

10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a vehicle with GoGoa Rentals, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
